What sets apart the standard and luxury camps?

In the standard camp, while the tents are private, the toilets and bathrooms are separate and shared among guests.

On the luxury camp offers private tents, which are slightly larger and equipped with individual toilets and bathrooms, complete with hot water. Additionally, each tent in the luxury camp provides WIFI access and charging facilities for your phone and camera.

How does the booking process work?

For booking any tour, we typically require a small deposit, which can be paid via Paypal, Wise, or bank transfer. The remaining payment is due in cash to your driver/guide upon pick-up.

There’s no charge for paying the deposit. If you prefer to pay the full amount or a partial amount to reduce the need for carrying cash, you can use Paypal or Wise.

If you opt to pay the full amount via Paypal, there will be an additional 5% to cover the Paypal fee. For payments through Wise or bank transfer, there will be an extra 2% to cover transaction fees.

What is your cancellation policy?

• For a full refund, please cancel at least 30 days prior to the tour date.

• If you cancel within 30 days of the tour date, the deposit is nonrefundable but can be used for rescheduling your trip in the future.
